Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or “FPCAMT as the manager of the Golden Venture Real Estate Investment Trust or “GVREIT” held the annual general meeting of trust unit holders for the year 2024 via electronic media (E-AGM) to report on the performance of GVREIT for the fiscal year 2023 (October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023) for the trust unit holders to acknowledge.

For the performance of the GVREIT trust, total investment income was 1,160.69 million baht and net investment profit was 719.44 million baht, accounting for 61% of total investment income. The average occupancy rates of Sathorn Square and Park Venture were maintained at 91% and 96%, respectively, and the trust was able to distribute returns to trust unit holders for the performance of the year 2023 a total of 4 times, amounting to 0.7856 baht per unit, with a yield rate of 7.96%.

With strong performance and the management capabilities of FPCAMT, the company has continuously developed buildings to meet the standards and needs of current and future users. In the past year, Sathorn Square and Park Venture, leading Grade A office buildings owned by the trust, received certification from "WiredScore" (WiredScore), an international standard guaranteeing connectivity and support for future technology at the Platinum level, the highest level. This reflects leadership in the rental office building business and a commitment to providing the highest service standards, ensuring tenants and users receive excellent digital conveniences through modern technology that is highly flexible and adaptable to future changes.

This year, there is a planned project for the Asset Enhancement Initiative of the trust to enhance competitiveness, create opportunities, and build confidence for tenants and users of Sathorn Square and Park Venture office buildings, reinforcing its position as a leader in Grade A office development in the heart of Bangkok, as well as conducting operations that promote and support sustainable development.

For future operational plans, the company, as the trust manager, continues to focus on maintaining good relationships with tenants and users to keep occupancy rates at a good level, operating according to the established plans under a strategy that is increasingly flexible, suitable, and diverse to meet the demands of the office building market both now and in the future.
