This year's awards were selected based on three main criteria:

1.Development of Security Systems, including advanced security technology, to ensure residents feel both secure and comfortable using the facilities.

2. Quality Team selected for their responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to report immediately when unusual incidents occur, further enhancing residents' confidence. They undergo rigorous training in emergency response, both physically and mentally, from the Sansiri Security Inspection (SSI) unit, preparing them for real situations.

3. Genuine Care, treating the residents' homes as their own and providing heartfelt service to ensure the utmost safety in their living environment.
