CPAC Green Solution Showcases Innovative Sculpture & Landmark with Catenary Arch Using CPAC 3D Printing Solution at Bangkok Design Week 2024

Once again, the Bangkok Design Week 2024 is here, a festival for creating new experiences through the city, themed ‘Livable Scape: The More People Create, The Better the City’. This year, it focuses on three key aspects: Hard matters, Heart matters, and Design Matters. CPAC Green Solution collaborates with Senavee Chatawethiwong and Pachara Ruenthongdee, architects and co-founders of “Design Sin Thesis”, to enhance the livability of the city with the sculpture “Catenary Arch”, a new landmark that will serve as a meeting point and a relaxing space for city dwellers. The design takes into account material and tool limitations, the structural load transfer logic, and functionality, combined with the innovative CPAC 3D Printing Solution that shapes eco-friendly concrete into a beautifully flowing arch that reflects natural force distribution.
