Plus Property Co., Ltd. welcomed a group of faculty members from Suphanburi College of Technology and staff from the Department of Skill Development for a project visit, as part of a study tour on building management. This collaboration aims to prepare students for the new curriculum in Building Management Technology at the higher vocational certificate level (VET), providing opportunities for interested students in the field of building management technology. The initiative also focuses on producing quality personnel that meet the current labor market demands. Plus Property has a team of experts supporting this effort from PLUS Eduplex, who will share knowledge and real-world experiences in teaching and internships to prepare students for the actual working environment.

Mr. Charn Sirirat (fourth from the left in the front row), Deputy Managing Director of Building Resource Management and Engineering at Plus Property Co., Ltd., represented the company in welcoming Dr. Juthamanee Kraikoonasai (third from the left in the front row), Director and Head of the Collaborative Project, along with faculty members from Suphanburi College of Technology, and Mr. Pracha Silapachai (second from the left in the front row), Director with staff from the Department of Skill Development. They toured the Sirik Campus building and the Mori House condominium project managed by Plus Property, where students from Suphanburi College of Technology will have the opportunity to undertake real internships as part of this collaboration, promoting education and creating equal opportunities in society at the Sirik Campus recently.
