The "20 Years of Good Mornings" event has successfully concluded, celebrating SC Asset's grand entry into its third decade as a leading real estate development company. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and joy, featuring various activity zones that allowed attendees to experience the sunflowers SC Asset wanted to share, showcasing its identity and business intentions more clearly. The event was divided into different zones to narrate SC Asset's story from the past to the present and its future path, including the Five Senses Exhibition highlighting sight, taste, smell, sound, and touch, the Light & Sound Exhibition recounting SC Asset's 20-year journey driven by customer needs, the Behind a Good Morning zone revealing the growth behind the sunflowers, the Sunflower Service zone reflecting the fruitful outcomes, and the Kingdom of Goodies sales zone featuring special offers on various projects, including single houses, townhomes, condominiums, and the first preview of the new COBE condominium in the Kaset-Sri Phum area. Throughout the event from October 19-23, over 70% of attendees expressed interest in visiting the showrooms and booking units.

Another highlight of this event was that all attendees had the opportunity to experience being an SC Asset resident by using the SC Event Morning Coin digital wallet to redeem souvenirs, SC Design Items, and special beverage menus from The S.U.N Morning Cafe.
