Mr. Thaweepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, addressed the issue raised by Mr. Kanthaphon Duangamphorn, also known as Rambo, a member of the House of Representatives from the Move Forward Party, during the 21st House of Representatives meeting (the first regular session of the year) on October 11, 2023. The issue concerns water leakage affecting over 80 residential units within the Din Daeng Community Revitalization Project Phase 1 (Residential Building G), causing distress to the residents. Mr. Thaweepong assured that the National Housing Authority is not ignoring the problem and has assigned Mr. Somjet Prabhanbanit, Deputy Governor of the National Housing Authority to address the situation.

Mr. Theprit Ritthinarong, Assistant Governor of the National Housing Authority, and Mr. Surapol Ariyabunthay, Director of the Urban Revitalization and Development Department, visited the Din Daeng Community Revitalization Project Phase 1 (Residential Building G) on September 26, 2023, to inspect cracks and external damage to the building using drone photography. They also communicated with residents to inform them about the repair process and encouraged those affected to submit requests to the Din Daeng Municipal Housing Office for immediate inspection of their units and to address initial concerns.

Regarding the repair strategy for the residential units and the building, it is divided into two categories:
1. Repairs inside the residential units along the seams where water is leaking, which have already seen some initial repairs.
2. External repairs to the building, which the National Housing Authority will expedite as soon as possible.
