Accelerate Impact with PRUKSA Season 2 Invites Social Enterprises to Create Positive Social Impact with New Challenging Objectives
Pruksa is committed to driving the organization towards sustainable development, which will help create economic value, reduce environmental impact, and enhance the quality of life for people in society. The company is moving forward with the Accelerate Impact with PRUKSA Season 2 project, presenting new challenging objectives to broaden the scope of creating positive social impact. A total funding of over 6 million baht is available from Pruksa and the Wichitphongpan Fund to support social enterprises in expanding their businesses, along with knowledge and growth opportunities. Applications are open until October 16.

Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, stated that the Accelerate Impact with PRUKSA project was first launched in 2022 and garnered significant interest from social entrepreneurs, particularly on issues related to reducing income inequality to help Thai people have job opportunities and proactive solutions for elderly care to give seniors a renewed sense of purpose in life. The success of the project in its first year has led to the return of Accelerate Impact with PRUKSA, which will further develop by supporting SMEs and startups that operate social enterprises or create positive impacts on society, covering sustainable development dimensions in social, economic, and environmental aspects, along with new challenging objectives, which are:
1) Promoting good physical and mental health
2) Reducing carbon emissions and sustainably using natural resources
3) Reducing inequality and enhancing essential skills for job opportunities
Participants in the Accelerate Impact with PRUKSA Season 2 project must be ready to scale their businesses, receiving a total funding support of over 6 million baht for business expansion from Pruksa, with additional funding opportunities from the “Wichitphongpan Fund.” Importantly, selected social enterprises may also be considered for investment from Pruksa under the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) program. Additionally, participants will have excellent opportunities to help develop their businesses sustainably, such as receiving advice from experts in various fields, skill development workshops for operating social enterprises, and access to necessary tools and resources for business development from Pruksa. The top 5 finalist teams will participate in a 2-day Bootcamp and a full 3-month business development program.
Participants must meet the following qualifications:
• Registered legal entity with actual operations, demonstrating sales and revenue that prove sustainability.
• Innovative solutions to address social issues in line with the specified objectives.
• Business plan with potential for expansion to create impact and reach more people.
• Measurement framework and tracking of key performance indicators, such as business growth rates.
• Team-oriented with experience and commitment to building a sustainable business that creates positive social impact.
