Tomorrow, NUSA to Hold Press Conference Addressing 3 Hot Issues and Confirming Company's Strength in Continuing Investments in 3 Businesses
Mr. Wisanu Thepjaew, Chairman and CEO of Nusasiri Public Company Limited revealed that the company is ready to operate in all three main business areas as previously communicated to shareholders. Currently, the company has a stable financial status with assets exceeding 15,589.75 million baht and liabilities of only 6,302.30 million baht, an accounting share value of 0.78 baht/share, and a debt-to-equity ratio (D/E Ratio) of just 0.68 times. Recently, the company issued bonds worth 900 million baht, which saw overwhelming interest from investors.
The company's core business is in real estate, with a significant land bank awaiting development that has been acquired over time. As a real estate company, much of the land in the company's stock is recorded in financial statements at relatively low values compared to current market values. It is believed that the company possesses assets worth several billion baht more than what is reflected in its financial statements. The company is currently engaging independent financial advisors to assess its accounting value, which is expected to show a significantly higher value per share than the current market price.
In the medical sector, the company currently operates four hospitals and clinics in Thailand, located in Rama II, Ekkamai, within the Nusasiri My Ozone project in Khao Yai, and in Udon Thani. Internationally, there are facilities in Germany and a hospital in China, with total investments exceeding one billion baht. Recently, the company invested over 200 million baht to construct an additional building at the Panacee Hospital in Rama II to open a comprehensive surgical center, anticipated to commence operations in the third quarter, which will be a significant source of revenue for the medical business unit moving forward.
Regarding energy investments, after Nusasiri acquired 7,748,294 shares, or 7.12%, of Wind Energy Holding Public Company Limited (WEH) this year, it has already received dividends exceeding 160 million baht. Furthermore, WEH's performance has met expectations, with a net profit of nearly 6 billion baht in 2022, aligning with NUSA's projections.
“Nusasiri is financially stable, with a land bank that has hidden value in its financial statements. All business segments are beginning to generate steady income for the company. We receive dividends from the energy business, providing passive income that will ensure Nusasiri's business stability and growth every year,” Mr. Wisanu stated.
However, tomorrow (July 13, 2023), NUSA, led by Mr. Wisanu Thepjaew, Chairman and CEO, and Ms. Sirinya Thepjaew, Deputy CEO of Nusasiri Public Company Limited, will clarify three issues: the acquisition of a hotel in Germany, matters concerning More Money Entertainment Co., Ltd., and the group's ability to continue operations regarding the construction costs of Nusasiri Legend Siam Co., Ltd. (Legend Siam).
