Sivaram ("SVR") Expected to Offer First Bond Sale of 2023 with Interest Rates of 7-7.35%
Sivaram Real Estate Public Company Limited ("SVR") is expected to issue and offer bonds worth up to 600 million baht, divided into two series: Series 1 with a term of 1 year and 9 months at a fixed interest rate of 7% per annum, and Series 2 with a term of 2 years and 6 months at a fixed interest rate of 7.35% per annum, with interest payments every 3 months.
