Santiburi Koh Samui

Santiburi Koh Samui is located on the serene and beautiful Maenam Beach on the northern coast of Koh Samui, featuring villas that reflect Thai architectural uniqueness, surrounded by over 60 rai of lush gardens. SAii Laguna Phuket is a luxurious resort located in “Laguna Phuket” on Bangtao Beach, known for its stunning sunsets. The resort features a large conference center that opened last year, accommodating up to 350 people, equipped with modern facilities to meet the needs of eco-friendly meetings. Guests can choose from various sports activities, including tennis, cycling, and beach activities, especially for children, such as water slide pools and playgrounds, as well as enjoying nature with electric scooters and participating in marine waste reduction activities. The resort is committed to reducing plastic use, providing a water production system that can fill up to 700 bottles per day, and has water refill stations for guests. It has also implemented efficient waste management systems, recycling up to 95% of food waste, using the compost produced in the hotel gardens, and installed solar panels to increase the use of clean energy in operations.

CROSSROADS Maldives

CROSSROADS Maldives is a world-class integrated tourism project comprising three leading resorts: Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, SAii Lagoon Maldives, and SO/ Maldives, set to open in late 2023, along with “The Marina @ CROSSROADS,” a lifestyle hub featuring nearly 1 kilometer of beachfront walkways, large yacht berths, modern boutiques, and world-class restaurants. Additionally, there will be a Maldives Discovery Centre where visitors can learn about the unique culture of the Maldives and a Marine Discovery Centre focused on marine conservation and educating about the Maldives' marine ecosystems through various projects, such as coral planting and the conservation of rare marine species.
