Mr. Witakarn Janthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, stated that from the 2023 business plan AP INCLUSIVE GROWTH, the highlight of the year is collaborative growth. One of the three operational focuses is to emphasize the importance of the PEOPLE & SOCIAL dimension, aiming to contribute to societal growth by developing the potential of 'people' and providing future skills for everyone, including employees, students, and graduates with disabilities, to support them in living fulfilling lives of their own choosing.

The company collaborates with partners to organize the CREATIVE TALK CONFERENCE 2023 FESTIVAL – CTC2023 FESTIVAL, the major conference of the year with the concept The Next Big Things, inviting everyone to explore new ideas that will create significant changes. Join us for three full days of learning from three major conferences from June 22-24, 2023, at the BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, which includes:

  • MIT Conference: Marketing Insight and Technology, diving deep into every new topic that every marketer should know.
  • People Performance Conference, focusing on human resource management and HR Tech that will drive change within organizations.
  • Creative Talk Conference, exploring Creative Business, innovations, and new creative ideas.

In the past three years, we have all been in survival mode, learning to adapt in unprecedented ways to overcome the challenges posed by the pandemic. Now, we are entering a new phase, acknowledging that the emergence of new diseases has created a new world that pressures us all to rise and learn new contexts to move forward. This aligns with this year's conference concept, The Next Big Things, which invites everyone to seek and create something great together once again. The CREATIVE TALK CONFERENCE is a national event that opens up knowledge access for Thai people, including youth and graduates with disabilities, to reach new knowledge and trends. Following the success of the previous year's CREATIVE TALK, it has passed on positive energy and provided learning opportunities to over 6,500 individuals, including graduates, youth, and the new generation. Importantly, this event serves as a model conference in Thailand that is inclusive of youth with disabilities, with 240 disabled youths participating last year.

Mr. Witakarn added, “For AP Thailand, the heart of our business operations is not solely focused on monetary profits but also on sustainability and giving back to society, which has been our commitment for over 30 years through various ongoing social projects.”
