Origin Property has assembled a team of five executives to announce its business direction for 2023 under the concept of Origin Infinity, aiming to become a Well-Being Lifetime Company that fosters endless growth and consumer care. The plan includes expanding its range of products and services nationwide to enhance the quality of life for consumers, with the launch of 42 new housing and condominium projects valued at 50 billion baht, along with hotels, office buildings, and mixed-use developments estimated at 25.5 billion baht. Additionally, logistics and warehouse projects are projected at 4.5 billion baht, covering all segments across 13 provinces nationwide. The brand The Origin is set to re-enter the market to capture the hearts of the new generation and First Jobbers in both Bangkok and upcountry areas. The Origin Multiverse will continue to expand into new business groups beyond residential properties, catering to consumers across all generations and life stages. The company plans to list its subsidiaries, including Mediplex in the healthcare sector, beauty clinics, dental clinics, pet clinics, and hair clinics, while partnering with allies to develop education, communities, and the environment, aiming for a Net-Zero Emission by 2044 with a sales target of 45 billion baht for the year and a revenue target of 19 billion baht.

Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, stated that the company's vision is to expand its business empire, not just in residential development but also in mega-trends and new businesses to enhance every aspect of consumer living. Therefore, the company is preparing to move forward with its 2023 business plan under the concept of Origin Infinity, focusing on continuous growth and consumer care, transforming Origin Property into a Well-Being Lifetime Company that encompasses consumer care throughout their lives.

The executives from various subsidiaries have been assigned to drive growth across all businesses, including Mr. Apisit Sunthornchookiat, CEO of Origin Condominium Co., Ltd. in the smart condominium business group; Mr. Piti Jarukamjorn, CEO of One Origin Co., Ltd. in the recurring income business group; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chawakij Poombunchoo, CEO of Origin Healthcare Co., Ltd. in the healthcare service business; and Mr. Pathan Somboonsin, CEO of Alpha Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. in the logistics and warehouse group, all working towards endless growth.

The Origin Infinity plan consists of three main driving areas:
1. Nationwide Expansion of Products and Services (Nationwide Serve) - Expanding the business to provinces to improve living standards (Better Living) for people across the country, starting with the residential development sector. The company plans to launch a record 42 new projects valued at 50 billion baht across 13 provinces, including:

  • 22 condominium projects valued at 27.5 billion baht
  • 20 housing projects valued at 22.5 billion baht
  • New hotel, office, and shopping center projects starting this year, with an estimated REIT value of 25.5 billion baht
  • Logistics and warehouse projects with an estimated REIT value of 4.5 billion baht

Additionally, related businesses, including comprehensive real estate services under Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited, and healthcare services under Origin Healthcare, will also expand their services to provinces.

“This year's highlight is the reintroduction of several brands that we haven't launched in a while to cover diverse customer segments and align with market demands. For instance, The Origin brand will target the condominium market for Gen Z and First Jobbers, while the Belgravia brand will focus on the luxury single-house market to meet demand in various locations.

At the same time, this year will see expansion into new provinces where we have not previously ventured, including a highlight project that is a mixed-use development in major cities such as Phuket, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Korat, integrating various elements such as houses, condominiums, hotels, shopping centers, and healthcare services, building on the success of the Origin District Laem Chabang-Sriracha and Origin Smart City Rayong projects.

2. Continuous Growth of New Business Universe (Multiverse Expansion) - Aiming to improve the quality of life (Better Lifetime) by expanding businesses beyond residential properties for continuous growth, covering care for all generations and life stages, from being single to newly married, expanding families, and retirement. The plan includes bringing subsidiaries that manage new businesses to be listed on the stock market continuously, with one company each year after successfully listing Britannia Public Company Limited (BRI) and Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited (PRI) in 2021 and 2022, respectively.

In 2023, the plan includes sending One Origin Co., Ltd. as the next business, followed by Alpha Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd., Origin Healthcare Co., Ltd., and United Project Management Co., Ltd. One Origin will have new completed projects this year, including hotels and office buildings.

Meanwhile, the healthcare group will lay the foundation for launching new businesses such as dental clinics, beauty clinics, pet clinics, and hair clinics, expanding alongside residential and mixed-use projects under the Origin brand, with plans to open a total of 25 branches by the end of 2023.

3. Social Attention (Social Attention) - Committing to social and environmental care in various dimensions to create a better society (Better Society), including:

  • Talent Development - Collaborating with educational institutions to create Origin Valley in partnership with those institutions to develop the skills of the new generation to meet the needs of organizations and the labor market, as well as exchanging knowledge to develop the workforce within Origin Property, which has over 3,000 employees, to grow robustly.
  • Community Development - Implementing the Origin Give project to create opportunities and deliver good things to communities, such as providing scholarships, medical equipment, and developing schools.
  • Sustainable Development - Advancing the Net-Zero Emission 2044 plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in all dimensions, including designing energy-efficient and environmentally friendly projects, using eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and minimizing electricity consumption in offices and sales offices, as well as starting to install Solar Roofs and EV Chargers in new projects.

With the Origin Infinity plan, the company is confident it will foster strong growth in all dimensions and distribute growth to handle all economic conditions. For 2023, the target sales for residential projects are set at 45 billion baht, with a total revenue target of 19 billion baht, aiming for an all-time high growth.
