Issara Residence Rama 9 Launches Supercar Garage House Targeting Ultra-Luxury Market
Charn Issara has introduced the Supercar Garage House to capture the ultra-luxury market, unveiling a new design showcase at the Issara Residence Rama 9. This project caters to the lifestyle of "luxury home enthusiasts who love sports cars". In collaboration with Aston Martin, they are running the campaign "Ultra-Luxe Reimagined", offering a sports car, the Aston Martin DB11 V12 Coupe-Lightning Silver valued at 24.9 million baht, for customers who purchase a home in the project.
Mr. Dithwat Issara, Assistant Managing Director of Creative Media and Information Technology at Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, revealed that the demand for ultra-luxury homes in the Thai real estate market is currently very high. Most customers prioritize design, quality, and functionality that uniquely cater to their independent lifestyles, which drives buyers to prefer homes developed by renowned brands.

“Today, customers interested in ultra-luxury homes do not only consider location or price; they decide based on the design concept and functional convenience that meets all aspects of family living. Customers are willing to invest in developed housing projects to avoid the challenges of building their own homes. This trend pushes developers to innovate products that can comprehensively meet the needs of this customer segment,” Mr. Dithwat stated.


Recently, Charn Issara launched the Supercar Garage House, an ultra-luxury single-family home in the Issara Residence Rama 9, emphasizing a design concept that meets the lifestyle of high-end customers who appreciate large homes with luxurious parking for their favorite cars. The design connects indoor and outdoor functions for caring for beloved cars as if they were family members. Brown House Co., Ltd., experts in Architecture Garage Design, oversee the structure and architecture of the sports car parking area, while Studio Chemistry Co., Ltd. manages the interior design to accommodate family activities across generations.
Mr. Dithwat continued, stating that the Supercar Garage Design is a masterpiece project that Issara Residence Rama 9 has recognized the behaviors of ultra-luxury customers ahead of others. Luxury market research shows that high-end customers enjoy freedom both at home and outside. Luxury sports cars are part of their independent lifestyle for travel and leisure. Creating space for supercars is akin to designing areas for family members. Therefore, luxury homes must include space for cherished cars. Charn Issara has developed the Supercar Garage that is practical, easy to maintain, and suitable for hosting parties for sports car enthusiasts. The key point of the design is to connect activities inside the home with the parking area seamlessly, allowing visibility of the supercars from every angle while ensuring the safety of family members, including the elderly, young children, or pets, from accessing the vehicles in that area.
The parking structure is specially designed for supercars, with the ramp height adhering to the standards for sports car clearance. The parking surface is made of durable black granite from Africa, capable of withstanding the weight of the vehicles and easy to clean from oil stains. The ceiling is imported from France, enhancing the LED lighting's reflection on the sports car's color. Tempered glass imported from Switzerland reduces vibrations from turbo engine starts. Additionally, the garage is equipped with air conditioning to maintain the internal temperature, ensuring proper care for both the car and its engine.
“In addition to the Issara Residence Rama 9, we are also applying the Supercar Garage concept to homes in the Issara Bangna project to meet the needs of wealthy individuals who want to care for their favorite cars according to the correct standards while creating a unique identity for the residents,” Mr. Dithwat stated.

The interior design is crafted under the concept of LUXURY LIVING CRAFT, selecting elegant materials with attention to detail. Each piece of furniture is handcrafted, reflecting a unique lifestyle, allowing the home to express the identity of its residents comprehensively. Built-in functions cater to the needs of residents of all ages and purposes. In the Bedroom, the interior design incorporates the colors of supercars that reflect the tastes of sports car lovers as the base for decoration, including wall colors inspired by various car models, such as Porsche gray or vintage supercar green, which are integrated into the decorative furniture. The overall texture of materials features glossy and satin finishes that contrast yet harmonize, creating a warm, comfortable, and enthusiastic atmosphere simultaneously.
