"Kehasukhpracha" has signed a memorandum of understanding with "Kasetsart University" to create a curriculum aimed at developing skills and knowledge for low-income groups and vulnerable households in the "Rental Housing with Occupation" project. They will also collaborate on training programs, seminars, and knowledge development activities, involving experts and qualified professionals to support various academic fields, leading to a comprehensive community economic development system that sustainably enhances the quality of life for residents.

Mr. Pisanuporn Uthakaphan, CEO of Kehasukhpracha Public Company Limited stated that the main objective of Kehasukhpracha is to support the development of the real estate business in collaboration with the National Housing Authority under a quality process and plan. They are also joining forces with various sector partners. In the academic sector, they have signed a memorandum of understanding with leading educational institutions like "Kasetsart University" to develop a curriculum that builds skills and knowledge for the target population, aiming to create a comprehensive community economic development system and sustainably enhance the quality of life for residents.
"The academic memorandum of understanding between Kehasukhpracha and Kasetsart University will serve as a framework and guideline for collaborative work to develop curricula related to six main occupational forms in the Rental Housing with Occupation project: organic agriculture, livestock, markets, retail and wholesale centers, community services, and small industries. These will be tailored to be appropriate, high-quality, and up-to-date according to academic standards, aiming to enhance the quality of life in housing and create a better environment in communities and society for low-income citizens and vulnerable households, serving as a model for other groups in the future."
The main plan that both organizations will collaborate on will focus on research and curriculum development that creates easily understandable content for low-income and vulnerable households, to harness the potential of residents according to their career paths. They will also jointly conduct training projects, seminars, or knowledge development activities that support the enhancement of comprehensive knowledge, as deemed appropriate by Kehasukhpracha and Kasetsart University. Furthermore, they will share responsibilities for coordinating with experts or qualified professionals both internally and externally to support various academic tasks in the project.
Additionally, Kehasukhpracha has established an agency within the company called "Sukhpracha Economic Development Center" or DEET, which will be the main responsible unit for determining project locations, publicizing the project, verifying the qualifications of training applicants, calling qualified individuals for training, overseeing that training applicants follow the processes outlined in the curriculum and regulations of the Kehasukhpracha housing project, and facilitating other activities for training applicants to ensure the effectiveness of this collaborative agreement.
