Consumers and investors are becoming more confident, making it an opportune time to attract foreign buyers back into the real estate market, both for investment and personal residence. Therefore, the company organized the “Origin Agent Day,” gathering over 130 real estate agencies with offices in Thailand and around the world, with more than 190 participants.

“Real estate in Thailand remains a significant target of interest for foreigners, both for personal residence post-retirement and for investment purposes. Foreign buyers perceive that properties in prime locations in Thailand are cheaper compared to their home countries, with a healthcare system that is on par with other leading nations and a reasonable cost of living. A crucial factor in meeting this demand is to ensure that both agents and foreigners have better access to information about quality condominium projects in prime locations of the Origin group,” Mr. Pirapong added.

During the Origin Agent Day, an overview of the business direction of the Origin Property group was presented, along with information on potential locations, details of quality condominium and single-house projects from various segments, featuring functions, designs, and amenities that cater to international consumer needs. The aim is to reach 12 leading countries that are potential markets interested in Thai real estate, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Japan, the USA, and some European countries.

Mr. Pirapong further stated that prior to COVID-19, the company’s projects received a positive response from foreign buyers in both the Bangkok area and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). He is confident that organizing the Origin Agent Day during a time when important countries are resuming international economic activities will help agents gain essential information and present the company’s projects effectively, achieving the target of 1 billion baht in foreign sales and maintaining continuous sales in the first quarter of 2023.
