This achievement underscores AWC's excellence in managing safety within buildings and workplaces, emphasizing effective operations in accordance with international safety certification standards under the sustainability framework BETTER PEOPLE, particularly in promoting occupational health and safety.

The safety awards received by AWC include 9 awards in the category of high-rise/special large buildings and 1 award in the category of general buildings sized between 2,000 and 10,000 square meters, covering commercial real estate properties, including retail and office buildings, which are managed by AWC.

  • High-rise/Special Large Buildings - 9 awards, divided as follows:

Platinum Awards - 2 awards: Empire Tower, which has won for the 5th time, and Interlink Tower Bangna, which has won for the 3rd time.

Gold Awards - 2 awards: 208 Bangkok, which has won for the 3rd time, and Gateway at Bangsue Shopping Center.

Silver Awards - 4 awards: Athenee Tower, which has won for the 4th time, Gateway Ekkamai Shopping Center, Pantip Chiang Mai, and Tawanna Bangkapi Shopping Center.

Bronze Award - 1 award: Pantip Ngamwongwan Shopping Center.

  • General Buildings Sized 2,000 – 10,000 Square Meters - 1 award: Bronze Award for Asiatique The Riverfront (Warehouse 3).

The awards have been held since 2012, and in 2022, a total of 41 buildings received awards from BSA.
