This aligns with AP's business plan for 2022, which aims to be a breakthrough year, pushing beyond all limitations to create a superior lifestyle through the launch of new projects across all brands under AP. This strategy has allowed the company to set a new record, achieving strong growth even in challenging economic conditions, with net presales reaching 37.455 billion baht, a 38% increase from the same period last year, representing 75% of the annual sales target of 50 billion baht. AP's Townhome and Single House Business Group remains a true leader in the industry, maintaining customer confidence as the “best first choice” in every location and segment. The total sales of horizontal products over the past 9 months reached 28.926 billion baht, including the successful launch of new projects that received overwhelming customer responses, with key highlights:

  • CENTRO Bangna, the largest single-house mega project ever developed, valued at 3.5 billion baht, emphasizes being “the most complete in the area,” setting a new sales record for single houses in Bangna with over 1.05 billion baht in sales.
  • Ban Klang Muang Ladprao 101 Station, valued at 900 million baht, marks the grand return of the Ban Klang Muang townhome brand, located just 5 minutes from the BTS, achieving sales of 350 million baht in one go.

The Condominium Business Group shows clear signs of recovery, with positive responses from the pre-sale of the new project ASPIRE, including:

  • ASPIRE Pinklao-Arun Amarin, valued at 1.2 billion baht, achieving over 60% sales, along with a portfolio of ready-to-move-in condominiums that have seen continuous sales growth.
  • LIFE Asoke Hype, a ready-to-move-in project valued at 5.88 billion baht, has already sold over 80%.
  • LIFE Sathorn Sierra, also ready to move in, valued at 6.25 billion baht, recently closed sales at 60%.

This reflects the real demand from customers for ready-to-move-in condominiums located near BTS stations at reasonable prices, resulting in AP achieving sales from high-rise products of 8.529 billion baht over 9 months, tripling last year's figures, signaling positive trends for the market.

Looking ahead to the overall real estate market in the final quarter of 2022, the company believes that the reopening of the country to foreign tourists and the continued strong employment rate will contribute to a positive expansion in the real estate market, driving growth in related business sectors.

The company is fully committed to its business plan in the final quarter of the year, launching 27 new projects valued at a total of 37.76 billion baht, including 24 horizontal projects worth 30.86 billion baht, 2 condominium projects worth 6.2 billion baht, and 1 provincial project worth 700 million baht.

Notable highlights in this final quarter include the single-house product group, building on the success of AP's single-house projects, introducing THE CITY, a new model of luxury single houses with spacious and innovative functions.

Additionally, the company will unveil its latest product under the new brand MODEN, targeting the single-house market with “new living spaces” priced between 3-5 million baht, focusing on Gen M and Gen Z, with the first three locations set to launch in November:
