“Lofis” Hong Kong Giant Partners with “Origin” to Develop Two New Housing and Condo Projects Worth Over 4.6 Billion
“Origin Property” has teamed up with the giant investment group from Hong Kong, “Lofis,” to jointly invest in two more projects, namely the condo “Origin Plug & Play Sirindhorn Station” valued at 2.6 billion baht and the housing project “Britania Amata-Phanthong” valued at 2 billion baht, bringing the total joint venture value to 5.8 billion baht.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the Origin Property Group has partnered with Lofis (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lofis Group, a major real estate investment group from Hong Kong, to jointly develop two additional projects worth over 4.6 billion baht, signaling a positive investment trend.
“The Thai real estate market continues to attract foreign investors due to urban expansion, infrastructure investment, and the development of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), which is becoming a hub for various industries from both domestic and international sources. Lofis is one of the partners that recognizes this importance and has confidence in the Origin Property Group, which has a growth plan under the Origin Multiverse concept alongside residential project developments in potential locations in Bangkok and the EEC, leading to ongoing collaboration,” Mr. Pirapong stated.
Previously, the Origin Property Group, through Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), had already partnered with Lofis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on one project, the Grand Britania Kukot Station, valued at 1.2 billion baht. With the addition of the two new projects, the total joint venture value between Origin Property and Lofis now stands at 5.8 billion baht, and both companies will continue to explore new collaboration opportunities.

Mr. Chen Shan Jie, Managing Director and Shareholder of Lofis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. stated that Thailand is a country with high investment potential in the eyes of foreign investors due to its strong infrastructure and efficient public health management system. The joint venture with Origin Property this time marks an important step for the company to develop projects with leading operators in the country, who have clear vision and business plans, resulting in continuous growth.
“The Origin Property Group is strong in product quality development, brand development, consumer insight understanding, location comprehension, and the ability to adapt quickly. As for the Origin Plug & Play Sirindhorn Station, it is a 28-story high-rise condominium project valued at 2.6 billion baht, comprising 1,034 units and 3 retail units.
