SC Asset Launches ‘Inside SC - Freedom to Be Best’ for Optimal Performance in Your Own Style with the ‘3 Good Programs’ Focusing on Freedom and Results for Talented Individuals of All Generations

‘Inside SC - Freedom to Be Best’ for Optimal Performance in Your Own Style
is a collaboration between the Human Resources team and the Corporate Communications team to create engaging and enjoyable Employer Branding, led by Sirikul Kriangkrai, Chief People Officer, and Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Corporate Brand at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited. Sirikul revealed that “the company has adapted to the rapidly changing world and has emerged from the COVID situation strongly and safely, thanks to our focus on equally caring for our most important resource: over 1,000 employees. We work under the #SCskydive culture that embodies the power of collaboration and serves as a framework for business development through the 4Cs.

For the Employer Branding communication campaign, it was creatively developed by the brand team led by Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Corporate Brand, in collaboration with the Human Resources department through workshops and focus groups involving employees at all levels, including young students. They found that what they seek in their work lives is the freedom to be their best selves, both professionally and personally, which aligns with the organization’s commitment to providing ‘Freedom to Be Best’—to ‘perform well in your own style’ under the ‘Inside SC’ brand, delivering the 3 Good Programs: Good Balance, Good Society, and Good Future to invite talented individuals from every generation to join the organization.
Good Balance
