In the creation of 'YOUniform', Sansiri's sales staff participated in every step of the development process, providing insights on suitable outfits for sales activities that are customer-friendly. They contributed to the development and refinement of the new uniform design, leading to three interesting insights: Body Positivity & Comfortability, where sales staff, who come in diverse shapes, skin tones, genders, and ages, desired outfits that enhance and flatter their figures, making them feel good and confident; Practicality, where sales staff needed uniforms that facilitate real-world use and body movement, especially as Sansiri aims to launch 46 projects this year worth 50 billion baht, covering single houses, townhomes, and condos across all segments; and Customer-friendly, where sales staff wanted uniforms that are welcoming to all customers across every segment. Furthermore, the new uniforms must perfectly reflect Sansiri's identity, reinforcing the core idea of the new branding campaign that values every individual's uniqueness, emphasizing the 'YOU Centric' concept of the 'YOU Are Made For Life' campaign.

The design inspiration came from the structure and lines of simple architecture, rich in details that cater to functionality, combining beauty, comfort, and a serious yet elegant appearance. For the Formal Look, we chose colors that emphasize a modern and clean aesthetic, using slick, smart, and sharp fabrics paired with a deep navy tone on lightweight polyester with a semi-gloss finish, creating a sense of elegance and modernity. We paired this with a bright blue cotton shirt to give the wearer a universal and trustworthy appearance. For the Casual Look, we opted for green fabrics that evoke a fresh feeling, reflecting the natural inspiration of trees and grass, while also aligning with Sansiri's brand colors, conveying a sense of relaxation through a loose fit that is not oversized, providing a comfortable and warm embrace."
