Sansiri has announced its 2022 plan to launch 18 new condominium projects worth a total of 11 billion baht, covering Bangkok and provincial areas. The brands The Base, Condo ME, The Move, D Condo, and The Line will be highlighted as easily accessible condominium brands, with plans to penetrate provincial markets due to demand for Holiday Home Condominiums. New projects will be launched in Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Hat Yai, and sales will be boosted in Pattaya. The sales target for condominiums this year is set at 14 billion baht, an increase of nearly 30%, with a transfer target of 13 billion baht. Over the next three years, Sansiri plans to launch new condominiums worth over 70 billion baht, aiming for total sales of 58 billion baht.

Mr. Ongart Suwankul, Assistant Managing Director of Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated that last year, the Affordable Segment condominiums, with two new brands, “Condo ME” and “The Move,” received positive responses, achieving sales and booking targets. Therefore, in 2022, Sansiri will proceed with the launch of 18 new condominium projects worth a total of 11 billion baht, covering both Bangkok and provincial areas, with 14 projects in Bangkok and 4 in the provinces. This year’s highlight in condominium development will focus on creating affordable price points to ensure Sansiri remains an accessible brand in the Affordable Segment, targeting a 60% share.
