Time and Space Asset (ไทม์ แอนด์ สเปซ แอซเซท) is a new concept brand formed by a collaboration of leading companies and professionals from the fields of architecture, finance, and investment. They have announced a significant partnership aimed at delivering a “better quality of life” to people. The brand kicks off with the launch of “Sol Residence”, the first project in the form of a residential development featuring only 14 units, with a total project value exceeding 1.6 billion baht. It highlights a unique design that reflects the identity of its residents under the concept of “Iconic Residence” located in three prime areas in the heart of Bangkok: “Sathorn-Yen Akat, Sukhumvit 26, and Ari.”

 

         Mr. Ratiwat Suwantrai, Co-Founder and Head of Architecture at Time and Space Asset Co., Ltd. stated that the launch of Time and Space Asset reflects the new business landscape that drives the brand with a belief in limitless business models to create all possibilities into reality. The uniqueness arises from the collaboration of people from various fields, ensuring that all our works will no longer be confined to traditional frameworks.

            The first project of Time and Space Asset is named “Sol Residence (โซล เรซิเดนซ์)”, featuring only 14 units in three prime locations in the heart of Bangkok: “Sathorn-Yen Akat, Ari, and Sukhumvit 26”, with a total project value exceeding 1.6 billion baht.

           In this first collection, “Sol Residence” consists of only 14 units, divided into “Sol Residence Sathorn-Yen Akat” with 2 units, usable area of 750 sq.m., starting price of 129 million baht; “Sol Residence Sukhumvit 26” with 4 units, usable area of 750 sq.m., starting price of 200 million baht; and “Sol Residence Ari” with 8 units in the form of Landed Condominium, usable area of 300 sq.m., starting price of 60 million baht. Each unit will have a swimming pool, an internal lift, and ample parking space.
