(A49)<\/span> participated in the groundbreaking ceremony to commence construction of the <\/span>Cloud 11<\/span> mixed-use project located on Sukhumvit Road.

The <\/span>Cloud 11<\/span> project is a new large-scale development by MQDC, featuring a unique concept, situated on 27 rai of land adjacent to Sukhumvit Road, near the Udom Suk BTS station. The Cloud 11 project is part of the Bangkok Cybertech District innovation area. Construction has already begun by Nantawan Co., Ltd. (Thai Obayashi) and is set to officially launch this year.
