Supalai Unveils Business Plan for 2022, Launching 34 New Projects Worth 40 Billion Baht and Adding 4 New Brands
Embracing the Year of the Tiger Supalai has announced its business plan for 2022, highlighting the strength of its diverse residential products. The company is set to launch a total of 34 new projects, including both horizontal and condominium developments, valued at 40 billion baht. They are confident that 2022 will see sustainable growth in both revenue and profit, alongside a commitment to social responsibility.

Dr. Prateep Tangmatitham, Chairman of the Executive Board of Supalai Public Company Limited stated that the company remains optimistic about the recovery of the real estate market in 2022, driven by genuine demand from homebuyers, particularly for single-family homes, which have maintained stable sales even during the crisis.
In 2021, Supalai Public Company Limited recorded total sales of 31 billion baht, with domestic sales at 24 billion baht and joint venture sales abroad at 7 billion baht. The company continues to expand its residential market into provincial areas, currently developing projects in 24 provinces. In 2022, they aim to start new projects in 5 new provinces: Chachoengsao, Lamphun, Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Pathom, and Prachuap Khiri Khan.


Mr. Traitecha Tangmatitham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited mentioned that the COVID-19 crisis has impacted buyer confidence in the housing market, prompting the company to use this time to develop and improve its products and services. For 2022, the company targets domestic sales of 28 billion baht and revenue of 29 billion baht.
The plan includes launching 34 new projects, consisting of 31 horizontal projects and 3 condominiums, with a total value of 40 billion baht, and a budget of 8 billion baht for land purchases. Additionally, the company has introduced new home brands to meet the diverse needs of all customer segments, gradually launching 4 brands since late 2021. The first project of 2022 features three new luxury single-family home designs, located on Borommaratchachonnani Road at the "Supalai Elegance Borommaratchachonnani 121" project, aiming to be the first choice for three-story single-family homes targeting high-end customers in this area.
