They collaborated with five artists and partners, including illustrator “Naddao”, photographer Khun Natthapong Daowijit, Khun Pichai Kaewwichit, Hario Café manager Khun Porlapas Panyajaroensuk, Find The Locker Room Group Beverage Director Khun Rojanas Charoensri, and DJ and Music curator Khun Chakree Yutharak, to convey the creative works inspired by the “AREN” project.

 

“Naddao” or Khun Natthapong Daowijit, an illustrator expressed, “I am delighted to collaborate with Ariya Property on the AREN project, a modern minimalist home. Personally, I have always loved minimalist design, and experiencing the Private Courtyard in the center of the house, along with various functions inside, inspired me to create an artwork depicting a tree in the house and activities that reflect one’s identity perfectly. My work has been printed on coffee cups, tote bags, and a special coffee seed set that will be given to future residents.  

Khun Pichai Kaewwichit, a photographer, known as Winber 3 from Ratchathewi, who has a passion for art and minimalism, stated that it was a significant opportunity to participate in conveying the minimalism of the AREN project. He has been involved in photographing the project from the beginning of construction to completion, allowing him to experience the AREN minimalism and the central tree in the house clearly in every aspect, enabling him to capture images that resonate.

“Minimalism is about simplicity, without complexity or embellishment. The inspiration for photographing AREN is to live with simplicity, where less is more in terms of space. The emptiness allows us to see nature and feel our emotions. It’s a feeling I can visualize, and the tree in the house feels like a close friend, seen every morning, every day, becoming part of one another,” Khun Pichai said.

Meeting the lifestyle needs of the new generation is the minimalist coffee shop Hario, which creates unique coffee flavors. Khun Porlapas Panyajaroensuk, the manager of Hario Café, who is passionate about coffee, stated that participating in this collaboration led to the creative idea of a Limited Edition new coffee blend, “Minimal House Blend”, where simplicity translates into a uniquely flavored drink. This blend tells the story of the minimalism of the housing project through coffee, delivering a brand experience through the refreshing aroma of coffee made from a blend of Indonesian, Laotian, and Colombian beans, specially selected for the Minimal House Blend by AREN x Hario Café, with only 200 bags available for sale at Hario Café and as prizes from project activities.

 

Additionally, a special cocktail is served from Find The Locker Room, where Khun Rojanas Charoensri, Group Beverage Director, expressed excitement about creating a special drink for the AREN housing project, incorporating minimalism into the ingredients harmoniously, providing a premium feel and allowing everyone to experience the freshness of the drink. The drink, Blanc de blanc, is presented in a simple, minimalist style. For me, minimalism is premium; selecting quality ingredients without excess.

 

Concluding with Khun Chakree Yutharak, DJ and Music curator for the AREN playlist, who has collaborated with leading malls and hotels, expressed excitement about being the Music curator for the AREN project, a home that reflects extreme minimalism. The presence of a tree in the house or Private Courtyard elevates the spirit, flowing gently with the light that filters into the home, similar to smoothing out sharp edges. It’s a form of minimalism that isn’t rigid because of the tree in the house. The first impression of seeing the AREN project was beyond expectation. I want you to listen; it’s pure and pristine,” he said.
