SC Asset Reports 2021 Performance with Sales Surpassing Target at 21.819 Billion Baht, Growing 31%
SC Asset announced that in 2021, the company achieved record sales of 21.819 billion baht, growing 31%, driven by strong performance in the low-rise segment, which reached 17.385 billion baht, an 18% increase. The segment of homes priced over 10 million baht received excellent feedback, generating sales of 12.323 billion baht, accounting for 71% of total low-rise sales and showing a continuous growth of 33% compared to the previous year.

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC) stated that in 2021, the company exceeded its sales target, reaching 21.819 billion baht, a growth of 31%. The low-rise segment achieved record sales of 17.385 billion baht, an 18% increase, with homes priced over 10 million baht performing exceptionally well, generating 12.323 billion baht, which is 71% of total low-rise sales and a 33% increase compared to the previous year.
In the condominium segment, sales reached 4.434 billion baht, growing 140%, primarily from the Super Luxury category, which accounted for 83%. The company successfully closed sales on two luxury condominiums: Sala Daeng One and Beatnik.
Additionally, the company is preparing land for future growth, having acquired new land in 2021 with a budget exceeding 10 billion baht.
For 2022, the company plans to launch up to 27 new projects valued at 38.9 billion baht. Combined with ongoing projects from 2021, there will be a total of 80 projects for sale, valued at 68.65 billion baht, with a distribution of 70% low-rise and 30% high-rise.
