"Origin Property" has announced that its sales of houses and condominiums have reached a new high of 30.25 billion baht in 2021, reflecting a 17% growth from the previous year. The company attributes its success to two key factors: a deep understanding of customer insights and the ability to adapt, allowing it to create diverse offerings that meet consumer needs continuously. For 2022, the company plans to implement a major strategy to transform the real estate business.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), stated that the overall sales (presales) of residential projects in 2021 amounted to approximately 30.25 billion baht, exceeding the annual target of 29 billion baht. This represents a 17% increase compared to the same period in 2020 and marks a new high for the company. The sales breakdown shows that 28% came from the housing segment and 72% from condominiums. In terms of project status, 65% of sales were from ready-to-move-in projects, while 35% were from ongoing projects.

Looking ahead to 2022, the overall real estate market is expected to perform better than the previous year, as all sectors have developed greater resilience and adaptability. Most people are currently receiving their third vaccine dose, which is likely to boost confidence in returning to normal economic activities in the long term.

Origin Property has prepared several major plans for 2022, including a "mega project" aimed at transforming the real estate business and enhancing the quality of life for consumers. Details are expected to be revealed between late February and mid-March 2022.
