Univenture is moving forward to share its care and concern on the occasion of its 40th anniversary, entering the 5th decade with the concept of 'Invest in tomorrow'. The company focuses on developing expertise in its investment businesses while promoting the well-being of society through various sustainable activities. The special project '40 Years, 40 New Hearts' aims to assist underprivileged patients lacking opportunities, while continuing to engage in other social projects.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonnee, CEO of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that over the past 40 years, in addition to conducting business with good corporate governance, the company has focused on balancing income and developing expertise in its investment businesses to generate stable and continuous income and returns. This is in line with the concept of 'Invest in tomorrow', alongside promoting the well-being of society with the intention to help through numerous projects. The core focus is on improving the quality of life for people in society to create a strong foundation for a sustainable society, supported by the collaboration of employees and the business network of the group companies participating in beneficial activities both directly and indirectly.

“On this significant occasion of Univenture Public Company Limited's 40th anniversary in 2020, as it enters a new decade, the company has extended its care to society by collaborating with the New Heart Foundation, led by Dr. Pinuchanee Chatburut, the foundation's president and president of the Thai Association of Thoracic Surgeons, to establish the project '40 Years, 40 New Hearts'. This special project aims to assist with the surgical costs for underprivileged patients awaiting heart surgery. This year, we have donated funds to help 15 patients through employee collaboration in various group activities to help reduce the treatment gap and waiting times for medical care,” Mr. Kampon said.

Additionally, companies within the Univenture group, including Thai-Lysat Co., Ltd., Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd., Forward System Co., Ltd., and Ahead All Co., Ltd., have continuously engaged in social activities. Over the past 19 years, since 2002, they have provided scholarships for employees' children, totaling 71 scholarships.

Furthermore, the company has organized comprehensive social benefit activities across various sectors, including health, education, and the environment, such as supporting the 1st Thailand Health Technology Conference, activities for recycling plastic bottles into monk robes, and initiatives like 'Perks from Trash' and 'Care the Whale' to promote waste reduction within the CW Tower office. They have also provided food to the Klong Toey community and delivered dry food to contractors and construction workers during the camp closures.
