Mr. Korn Narongdej, CEO of Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), a leader in luxury real estate development in Thailand, stated that in response to the government's property stimulus policy, the company has organized a year-end campaign for 2021, “RAIMON LAND COLLECTION”, featuring 2 luxury projects. The campaign has received a positive response from affluent customers, both Thai and foreign, interested in luxury condominiums in prime city locations, even amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

“The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in early 2020 and continued into 2021, has posed challenges for the real estate market, prompting most developers to continuously adjust their strategies. Our company has adapted its marketing and sales strategies, focusing on online channels through video calls (VDO Call) and virtual tours (360-degree Virtual Tour). This approach has been well-received by both Thai customers and international clients, even during the pandemic. Our target market has expanded to Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and Taiwan, where buyers are looking for second homes and investment opportunities in prime locations.
