SC Asset has revealed exciting news about successfully selling out 19 low-rise projects. The sales and revenue growth in this segment reached a new high, driven by two main product groups: homes priced between 10-20 million baht under the brand ‘Bangkok Boulevard’ and homes priced above 20 million baht under the brand ‘Grand Bangkok Boulevard’.

In addition, there’s more good news: the prestigious recognition of receiving two quality awards in the real estate industry at the DOT Property Thailand Awards 2021. These include the Best Luxury Housing Development award for the Grand Bangkok Boulevard East Rama 9 project and the Best New Launch Villa Development award for the Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang - Chaeng Watthana project.

Both projects have unique standout features. The first, Grand Bangkok Boulevard East Rama 9, is a Super Luxury single-house project that emphasizes luxurious modern design inspired by the famous ROMAN BATH in England. It features a distinctive façade adorned with lines and key elements of Roman architecture. The three-story house offers high privacy with only 48 residential units. Additionally, the interior courtyard will have large trees planted in the center of the house, allowing family members to connect with nature even while indoors. The design includes private and communal spaces throughout the house, with walk-in closets in every bedroom, a Grand Suite Master Bedroom design with a large balcony offering expansive views, and double volume ceilings with large green-tinted windows around the house, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. Prices range from 35-60 million baht.

The other project, Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang - Chaeng Watthana, features a new house series named LA-NAI, designed to accommodate a new lifestyle that enhances living quality while addressing various pain points of residents during the COVID-19 situation. It includes a large semi-outdoor area for activities such as gardening, exercising, or even a personal workspace, while ensuring privacy with a dynamic facade that can be opened or closed. The spacious balcony and adaptable areas cater to different lifestyles, whether for relaxation, exercise, or working from home, with prices ranging from 10-20 million baht.

Mr. Mongkut Techolarn, Deputy Head of the Low-Rise Property Development Division at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), a leader in Living Solutions under the human-centric concept, stated, “Receiving these awards is a gift and encouragement for our team to strive towards becoming the number one single-house brand in the hearts of consumers. We are committed to creating a better morning for every customer while delivering high-standard housing and services, along with new solutions in home design, functional design, and common areas. Next year, we promise to deliver just as much, if not more, than this year.”
