Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, along with Mr. Pitipong Trainurak, Chief Executive Officer of One Origin Company Limited and Director of Origin Healthcare Company Limited, signed an agreement with Mr. Yingyoth Jarubuspa, Chairman of the Executive Board of Thai Leaf Biotechnology Company Limited, and Mr. Chaloem Trell, Chairman of Thai Leaf Biotechnology Company Limited, bringing Origin Healthcare Company Limited, a subsidiary of Origin Property, to acquire a 25% stake in Thai Leaf Biotechnology Company Limited. This collaboration aims to engage in the business related to CBD extracts from hemp, with an official joint vision announcement expected in mid-December.
