Q-CHANG has experienced exponential growth, achieving a 20-fold increase with over 29,000 jobs completed across more than 77 provinces nationwide. This success is attributed to three key factors: a business model that effectively addresses all home-related issues for customers, high standards and quality of craftsmanship, and strong business partnerships.

“Our growth each year has been driven by continuous adaptation. We learn to enhance our services to meet higher standards, moving from handling thousands of cases per month to expanding to tens of thousands in the near future,” Mr. Sarunvis stated. He emphasized that as a service provider for home-related tasks, Q-CHANG is committed to supporting both customers and craftsmen to effectively resolve issues.
For customers, Q-CHANG addresses common problems such as the difficulty of scheduling craftsmen, budget overruns, and unsatisfactory work quality. The platform simplifies the entire process, making it more convenient, faster, and easier. Customers can also track the status of their projects and receive quality guarantees for every job. For craftsmen in the network, the process is streamlined, ensuring a steady flow of work, quick payments, and an easier daily life.
Regarding the “standards of craftsmanship,” this has been another crucial factor in the company’s past success and future growth. All craftsmen providing services through Q-CHANG undergo background checks for both work standards and service quality. Recently, Q-CHANG partnered with the Department of Skill Development to enhance the skills of craftsmen, enabling them to take on more jobs and support their families. “We have placed great importance on developing craftsmanship standards and will continue to do so in the future, focusing on skills and professional image, including attire, work processes, and skill development through various training courses, such as air conditioning repair. During periods of low demand in certain areas, craftsmen can enhance their skills in related fields, such as water heater installation. Currently, Q-CHANG has over 1,000 skilled craftsmen on board, primarily aged between 25 and 40 years, with more than 29,000 jobs completed. The most popular services include 1. Air conditioning cleaning, repair, and installation 2. Roof leak repairs 3. Cleaning services, covering home maintenance, renovations, and repairs. At the same time, Q-CHANG plans to increase the number of craftsmen in 2022, focusing on both Bangkok and surrounding areas, as well as expanding into provincial markets.
In addition to the business model and craftsmanship standards, another success factor contributing to Q-CHANG's rapid growth has been its collaboration with “business partners” such as SCG Home, Boonthavorn, Shopee, MDPC, and Selfmade Finance (CreditOK).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Q-CHANG prioritized safety measures and cleanliness protocols for all teams of craftsmen, including vaccination drives for craftsmen and their families, alongside a promotional campaign celebrating its third anniversary.

Mr. Sarunvis shared future plans, stating that as Q-CHANG enters its fourth year, the focus will be on expanding into provincial markets alongside partners, actively entering markets with SCG Home at 24 branches and Boonthavorn, as well as targeting international markets in ASEAN countries such as Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia within 2022. “Moving forward, we will face greater challenges and aim to elevate our service standards even further.
