After True Digital Park opened its doors to bloggers for a tour of the working and living atmosphere in the Work Space, a new 77,000 square meter Open Space designed to meet the needs of the digital workforce amidst a thriving startup and tech community, we captured the ambiance along with interesting information to share.

During the tour led by Khun Thanasorn Jaidee, the Managing Director of True Digital Park, it was highlighted that True Digital Park aims to create a comprehensive ecosystem for startups and tech entrepreneurs, aspiring to become the largest digital innovation hub in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Under the concept of "One Roof, All Possibilities," the space is designed to seamlessly integrate work and daily life, incorporating cutting-edge technology to enhance comfort and foster an environment conducive to innovation and the growth of sustainable startups, thereby driving Thailand's digital economy.

True Digital Park is located on Sukhumvit Road 101, near the Punnawithi BTS station, and is now fully operational in its first phase. The space is divided into three main areas: a 77,000 square meter Work Space, a 30,000 square meter Lifestyle Space, and a Living Space comprising condominiums and residences. The Work Space serves as a hub for digital innovation under the Open Innovation concept, currently hosting members and partners from various business sectors, including digital content, social platforms, enterprise platforms, e-commerce, robotics, and various tech industries such as fintech, travel tech, marketing tech, proptech, and agritech. The demographic statistics show that 57% of the population is male and 43% female, with over 60% of individuals working in technology and digital-related fields. The breakdown of job sectors includes 40% in engineering, IT, technology, and innovation, 15% in technical support, 6% in digital marketing, 25% in business management and development, and 14% in other support roles such as accounting and human resources.

The Work Space consists of four areas:

  1. Co-Working Space: A working area with shared spaces, a pantry, and relaxation zones.
  2. Office Space: A large office area designed for meetings and events, featuring an open layout with staircases connecting all floors to facilitate knowledge exchange and community building.
  3. Innovation Space: A hub for new technologies, innovation testing, and learning from government agencies, various companies, and leading global organizations such as DEPA, ETDA, NIA, ACE Singapore, KMITL, Google, AWS, Huawei, Ricoh, UOB, Wongnai, MuSpace, Thailand e-Center (TeC), CP Innovation, and True Digital Academy.
  4. Event and Business Services Space: A venue for meetings, seminars, and comprehensive business services from the government.

True Digital Park has designed the Work Space with the concept of Community Connected, ensuring that all floors are interconnected to harmoniously link users together. A world-class design consultancy has assisted in creating a practical implementation of the Community Connected concept. The Work Space at True Digital Park offers more than just traditional workstations, with over 400 Open Space seating options available, all connected to the digital world via high-speed internet (1 Gbps) and a member-exclusive WiFi network. It is fully equipped with amenities, including meeting rooms with equipment, free coffee, beverages, and a shared pantry. Additionally, there are various support services for startups, including VC Clinics, investment opportunities, consulting services for smart visa applications for startups and expatriates working in Thailand, business and legal consulting, and tax incentives. There is also collaboration with educational institutions to enhance students' access to technology and knowledge, creating the Tech Talent that is in high demand in the digital workforce.

In addition to working in the Work Space, True Digital Park members can experience a Cashless Society lifestyle at the Lifestyle Space, a lifestyle complex that uniquely blends retail space with nature and technology to create the perfect daily living environment for the new urban generation, connecting all aspects of life. The main areas include:

  • 101 Garden: An indoor and outdoor area seamlessly integrated with over 5,000 square meters of green space.
  • Hillside Town: A retail space offering a unique shopping and dining experience in a small-town atmosphere amidst the hills, winding along paths.
  • 24-Hour Street: A street surrounded by comprehensive amenities, including restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, open 24 hours to meet the needs of the new generation who manage their work and life independently.

Today, we have created a hub for digital natives, both Thai and international, including startups, large tech companies, multinational corporations, and government agencies, to come together and build a tech community at True Digital Park. With the convenience of daily living in the Lifestyle Space, we are confident that True Digital Park will become the destination for startups and the digital age in Southeast Asia, the one place where everything is possible for both business and life.
