Mr. Sorasak Somwattana, CEO of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited, revealed that the real estate business outlook for 2019 is not very bright due to several negative factors affecting the overall market, such as rising interest rates and stricter lending regulations for real estate projects. Meanwhile, Thailand's economy has not expanded at a high rate. However, the upper-end real estate market is the least affected by these factors, as there is still demand from consumers for high-priced single houses and townhouses, which can continue to grow at a good rate.

 

Nirvana Daii has been developing upper-market residential projects for over 15 years, gaining a deep understanding of consumer behavior in this market, including home styles, lifestyles, and housing needs of the new generation homebuyers.
