Assoc. Prof. Dr. Boonsom Lerdhirunwong, President of Shinawatra University, stated that the university has launched a program for genuine real estate developers under the name The NEXT Real. This four-month course is designed to cultivate knowledge, perspectives, and business skills for entrepreneurs in the real estate sector through experience sharing from top instructors, focusing on practical insights beyond textbooks. In 2019, applications are open for classes 7 and 8, with class 7 accepting applications until February 8, 2019, and class 8 until July 26, 2019.

“In the past six classes, we have welcomed individuals from various age groups in the real estate sector nationwide, with over 50% being between the ages of 35 and 50. The oldest participant was 65 years old, representing a diverse range of businesses within real estate. More than 700 people have joined us, reinforcing the idea that knowledge and experience are essential for everyone, regardless of age or profession, especially in a rapidly changing world,” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Boonsom added.

Mr. Borisud Kasinpila, Director of The NEXT Real Course and CEO of Home Buyers Guide Co., Ltd., mentioned that the strength of The NEXT Real lies in having numerous leading real estate developers, who are the true voices of the industry, share both their successful and failed experiences that cannot be found elsewhere. The condominium market is showing signs of oversupply in certain locations, with a slower absorption rate compared to previous periods.

For The NEXT Real course, applications are open for four groups: 1. Real estate developers 60%, 2. Businesses related to real estate 20%, 3. Landowners seeking development or pre-developers 10%, and 4. General interested individuals 10%. Class 7 will meet every Friday from March to June 2019, while class 8 will meet every Friday from August to November 2019.
