Ms. Domika Potty (center) the Canadian Ambassador to Thailand participated in the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding to develop innovations for comprehensive elderly care and services between The Aspen Tree project, an expert in elderly housing and services, and Baycrest, a world-renowned medical research center from Canada.
