One of the key points shared by “Mochi” Sutthakiat Chanthachairoj, CEO of TJN and owner of the Moshikub page, with new creators at the “Welcome & Level Up” event under the AssetWise Creator Club program, held at the Modiz Vault project in Kaset – Si Phraya, was warmly welcomed by Ms. Ajarin Mekasiri, Senior Vice President of Marketing Operations at AssetWise Public Company Limited, along with over 40 new creators interested in participating.

During the intense session titled “The 10X Property Creator”, Mochi shared real experiences from creating online content, starting from a few hundred views to developing content that garnered millions of views. He emphasized that success in the digital world does not come from luck but from consistent effort and a true understanding of the audience. He summarized this into five essential formulas:

1. Understand Your Audience Before Thinking About Virality One common oversight among creators is producing content without understanding their target audience. Audience segmentation should consider behaviors, lifestyles, and purchasing power. For instance, individuals with incomes of 9,000 baht or 100,000 baht may consume the same food but have different mindsets and purchasing decisions. Age also influences interests. Therefore, before communicating anything, it’s crucial to know who you are speaking to and what they want to hear.

2. A Good Hook Must Capture Attention in Seconds Another vital aspect of viral content is the hook that grabs attention in the initial moments of the video, preventing viewers from scrolling away and sparking curiosity to continue watching. This can be achieved through questions, presenting interesting statistics, addressing common misconceptions, or narrating relatable situations. For real estate content, a good hook should connect with consumers' dreams, lifestyles, or pain points to create an emotional connection right from the start.

3. Content That Keeps Viewers Watching Until the End involves delivering value to the audience. There are six easy-to-apply approaches: showcasing work processes, teaching techniques or how-tos, storytelling, sharing perspectives or opinions, entertaining with humor, and presenting products and services with various presentation styles, such as speaking on camera, using visuals with narration, video editing with voiceovers, or creating simulated scenarios, which are highly popular across many platforms.

4. Convert Views into Followers with a Call to Action Even if content has high view counts, failing to convert viewers into followers or brand data can result in missed business opportunities. A Call to Action (CTA) encourages viewers to take specific actions after watching the content, such as following, saving, sharing, or commenting, which is crucial. Additionally, creators should establish their own space or community to maintain long-term relationships with followers, rather than relying solely on one platform.

5. Use AI as an Assistant, Not Just a Tool to enhance content creation efficiency. Writing detailed and clear prompts will help AI produce results that align more closely with needs, whether for creating images, infographics, or content analysis. In real estate, AI can also generate Infographic Maps from Google Maps data to present location highlights and important sites around projects quickly and engagingly, as well as create AI videos from Google Flow that can change outfits and scenes in just a few minutes, significantly reducing content production time.

With great content, the equipment must also be impressive. The event featured a workshop where participants could try out the Canon PowerShot V10, a camera designed for vloggers and content creators, led by Mr. Piyapong Khotwong, Product Specialist from Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who introduced the functions and shared knowledge and techniques for selecting equipment suitable for content creation in the digital age. Another exciting aspect of this event was that participating creators would engage in a video content challenge reviewing the Modiz Vault Kaset-Sri Phum project, competing for a top prize of 5,000 baht. Additionally, for reviews of other AssetWise projects, totaling 36 projects, participants could earn up to 500,000 baht* through Reviews & Affiliate Commissions when bookings and purchases are made through links or content, or Friend Get Friends could earn up to 500,000 baht* for referring friends to join the AssetWise family.
