Origin Vertical has won the ‘Residential Condominium’ award at the “FIABCI - Thai Prix D’ Excellence Awards 2025” for two condominium projects: ‘Origin Place Bangna’ (Origin Place Bangna) and ‘So Origin Kaset Interchange’ (So Origin Kaset Interchange), reinforcing its success in meeting the diverse needs of residents.

Origin Vertical Corporation Limited, part of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), has received 2 major awards at the international real estate event “FIABCI – Thai Prix D’ Excellence Awards 2025.” The awards were presented by Mr. Apisit Sunthornchukiat, Co-CEO, along with Mr. Krit Techasammas, Chief Marketing Officer, who accepted the “Residential Condominium” award for the two projects: Origin Place Bangna and So Origin Kaset Interchange. The awards were presented by Mr. Wutipong Jitthangskul, Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, along with Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Thai), Mr. Farouk Mahmood, FIABCI Past World President, and Mr. Rasmin Lawin, President of FIABCI Asia Pacific at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel in Bangkok.

The “FIABCI - Thai Prix D’ Excellence Awards 2025” is organized by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Thai), with a judging committee consisting of 12 experts from both domestic and international backgrounds. #FIABCI is an abbreviation of the French term "Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers," which translates to "The International Real Estate Federation."
