Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, stated that the company has clarified its business structure as a Holding Company, investing in 5 main business groups in subsidiaries and joint ventures, both listed and non-listed on the stock exchange: (1) Real estate development for sale in the condominium sector under Origin Vertical, (2) Real estate development for sale in the housing sector under Britania or BRI, (3) Service business under Primo Service Solutions or PRI, (4) Hospitality and Tourism & Service under Origin Hotel, and (5) Logistics and Warehouse under Alpha Industrial Solutions, totaling over 198 projects. Plans for New Project Launches and Targets for 2025

- Launching new projects (New Project Launch) in both Bangkok and provincial areas, totaling 11 projects worth 20 billion baht, including 5 condominium projects from ORIGIN VERTICAL valued at 12.5 billion baht and 6 housing projects from BRITANIA valued at 7.5 billion baht.

- Sales target (Presales) of 30 billion baht and total revenue target of 14 billion baht.

- Transfer activities of condominium units and housing worth 22 billion baht.

With new projects launched and ongoing, along with proactive marketing both domestically and internationally, the company is confident that sales will meet the target of 30 billion baht. This year, the domestic market highlights include ORI bringing back “Nadech Kugimiya” as an ambassador after collaborating 8 years ago, to be part of the Origin condominium and Britania family with ‘Nadech’ to enhance Brand Awareness and reinforce the organization's clear image. Collaborative marketing campaigns will be visible throughout 2025. “Our hotel business is developed comprehensively, with plans in 2025 to open 3 new hotels: 1 in Bangkok under a Dual Brand model and 2 as Re-openings from acquisitions made in 2023, located in major tourist destinations like Phuket and Chiang Mai. This will significantly expand the company's portfolio in terms of room numbers and revenue growth opportunities from hotel operations in high-potential locations,” Mr. Pirapong stated. He also mentioned that another key driver is Alpha Industrial Solutions, which operates in the warehouse business, currently boasting a high occupancy rate of 97.6%. “All 9 warehouses are located in strategic locations such as Rangsit, Bangna Km. 22, Bangna Km. 19, Bangna Km. 23, Laem Chabang, Phan Thong, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), covering over 400,000 square meters, with a goal to expand to 1 million square meters in the next 5 years,” Mr. Pirapong added.
