SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (“SC”) is preparing to offer a new series of bonds for the New Year to institutional investors and/or large investors, with subscriptions expected to open between January 21-23, 2025. The company and the bonds have been rated at 'BBB+' with a 'Stable' outlook by Tris Rating as of December 16, 2024, indicating an investment-grade status that reflects the company's strong market position in the mid to high-end residential sector.

Mr. Atthapol Srisathiphanawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer, revealed that the company has submitted a bond offering registration statement and draft prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue and sell a new series of 3-year bonds with interest rates ranging from [4.20-4.30]%. The exact interest rate will be announced later. The credit rating of the bonds and the company from Tris Rating is at 'BBB+' with a 'Stable' outlook. The bonds are specified name bonds, non-subordinated, unsecured, and have a bondholder representative, offered to institutional investors and/or large investors with a minimum subscription value of 100,000 THB and increments of 100,000 THB. The sale is expected to take place between January 21-23, 2025. Mr. Atthapol further stated that “For the nine-month performance of 2024, the company reported operational revenue of 14,454 million THB and a net profit of 1,220 million THB. In the fourth quarter, the company will start transferring ownership of two new condominium projects: Reference Sathorn-Wongwian Yai and Scope Thonglor, with a total project value of 6,800 million THB, and four new horizontal projects with a total project value of approximately 5,300 million THB.
