SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (“SC”) is preparing to offer two new sets of bonds to institutional investors and/or large investors, with the proceeds intended to repay maturing bonds and to be used as working capital for operations. It is expected that subscriptions will open between July 19 and July 23-24, 2024. The company and the bonds have been rated at “BBB+” with a “Stable” outlook by Tris Rating as of June 28, 2024, indicating an investment-grade status that reflects the company's strong market position in the mid to high-end residential sector and its continuously growing revenue.

Mr. Attapol Srisathiphanawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer, revealed that the company has submitted a bond offering registration statement and draft prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue and offer two sets of new bonds: the first set with a 1-year term and the second set with a 3-year term. Both sets of bonds have the same credit rating of “BBB+” with a “Stable” outlook from Tris Rating. The bonds are registered bonds, non-subordinated, unsecured, and will have a bondholder representative, offered to institutional investors and/or large investors with a minimum subscription value of 100,000 Baht and increments of 100,000 Baht thereafter. The company will announce the fixed interest rate at a later date, and the offering is expected to take place between July 19 and July 23-24, 2024. In the first three months of 2024, the company reported total sales or presales of 5.96 billion Baht. This year, the company plans to continuously launch new projects, having already opened 9 new projects in the first half of the year, with a total value exceeding 18 billion Baht. The warehouse and hotel businesses will gradually start operations, with the second warehouse in Bangna, Kilometer 22, expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2024. Starting from 2025, two more warehouses will be opened, along with the opening of the KROMO hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton on Sukhumvit 29 and The Standard Pattaya Na Jomtien in Pattaya.
