Frasers Property Thailand Partners with Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) to Raise the Foundation for a New Warehouse for the New S-Curve Group
The industrial real estate group Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited continues its collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) Co., Ltd. by jointly investing and developing a new distribution center, which is the second building in the Frasers Property Logistics Park (Bangna 2) Free Zone, located on Bangna-Trad Road, Km 46, in Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province, within the EEC area, a strategic location for Thailand's industrial and logistics sector, ready to support the rapidly expanding New S-Curve industries.
The new Free Zone Warehouse spans over 25,000 square meters, can support a weight of 3 tons per square meter, and has a ceiling height of 10 meters. It continues the design concept of Smart & Sustainable from the Frasers Property Logistics Park, which pioneered operations with intelligent systems and is the first in Thailand to support management under a sustainability framework, meeting customer demands for high-quality warehouses that offer flexible and diverse usage, along with comprehensive service solutions.
Additionally, it stands out for its development according to the TREES (Thai’s Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability) green building standards, emphasizing the use of construction materials with recycled content and low volatile organic compounds (Low VOCs), as well as efficient energy management to help reduce environmental impact. This distribution center is expected to be completed in November 2024.
