Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a leading integrated real estate company in Thailand, received the royal award for the Outstanding Real Estate Project for Quality of Life for the year 2019 from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the Classroom Makeover project, which aims to create learning environments for visually impaired students. The award ceremony was organized by the Association of Siamese Architects under the Royal Patronage at the Chaiyaphruek Building, Chitralada Palace, recently.

The Classroom Makeover project is an initiative by Frasers Property Thailand to develop a learning curriculum for visually impaired children and to create a 360-degree classroom based on the Pre-braille curriculum for the Pattaya School for the Blind. Every part of the classroom, including the floor, walls, and ceiling, serves as a learning tool. The curriculum includes four fundamental subjects essential for the daily lives of visually impaired individuals: Touch, Sound, Breath, and Light. This project also serves as a model classroom for special education schools in Shenzhen, People's Republic of China, and has attracted interest from educational agencies in Australia, which are using this classroom as a model for further development.
