"Alpha Industrial Solutions" has signed a contract with "Brembo," a global leader in brake system innovation, to create a factory covering <\/span><\/span><\/strong>16,800 <\/span><\/span><\/strong>sq. m. with facilities for the industrial sector in a Free Zone area <\/span><\/span><\/strong>in the Eastern Seaboard, preparing various system functions such as VNA storage systems, solar roofs, office space, and production areas to accommodate large machinery and 150 employees, in line with Brembo's high operational standards. It is expected to commence operations in the first quarter of 2025 to support growth opportunities in Southeast Asia and distribute products to motorcycle manufacturers and the supply chain.<\/span><\/span><\/strong>

Mr. Pathan Somboonsin, CEO of Alpha Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd., or <\/span><\/span><\/strong>ALPHA <\/span><\/span><\/strong>, a developer of industrial real estate with comprehensive services, under a joint venture between Origin Property Public Company Limited and SCG JWD Logistics Public Company Limited, announced that the company has successfully closed a deal to develop a factory for Brembo S.p.A., a world leader in brake systems, to develop a factory covering <\/span><\/span>16,800 <\/span><\/span><\/strong>sq. m. with facilities in a Free Zone area in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong, with Cushman & Wakefield Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. acting as the intermediary for the project.<\/span><\/span>

"This is another occasion where Alpha has gained the trust of leading global companies to assist in the development of industrial real estate to support the expansion of production bases in Thailand for the first time. Alpha has been involved from the introduction of suitable land plots for the automotive parts industry to the development of facilities and high-standard system functions that meet the production processes and operations within Brembo's factory," said Mr. Pathan.<\/span><\/span>

The factory has been designed to meet Brembo's requirements, including space for production machinery, warehouse areas with special VNA (Very Narrow Aisles) shelving, unique office spaces, and functions tailored to Brembo's needs. It also includes the design of external traffic around the factory and warehouse to support production, transportation, and future expansion considerations. The groundbreaking ceremony has already taken place, and construction commenced in the first quarter of 2024.<\/span><\/span>

This factory and warehouse will serve as a production base for brake systems for motorcycle manufacturers in Thailand, starting with European and American manufacturers. The Eastern Seaboard location in Rayong has been carefully selected for its proximity to Brembo's customer production bases and several key industrial estates, facilitating access to necessary transportation and logistics routes, both by sea and air. Production is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2025.<\/span><\/span>
