Supalai Public Company Limited reported its 2023 performance with total revenue of 31,818 million baht, net profit of 5,989 million baht, and sales of 28,864 million baht, emphasizing its strong financial capability as it continues to penetrate both horizontal and condominium real estate markets in the Year of the Dragon. The company is set to transfer ownership of 5 completed condominium projects, aiming to break all records since its establishment.

Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated that 2023 has been another year of steady progress for the company amidst challenges. One of the key factors for success has been its strong financial position and low debt burden, allowing it to launch new projects in various provinces with diverse products that meet the same standards and quality nationwide, catering to all target groups. Additionally, the signs of recovery in the condominium market, despite a slowdown in the upper segment, have seen a demand for housing in the middle segment, contributing to total revenue of 31,818 million baht in 2023, with revenue from property ownership transfers amounting to 30,836 million baht, comprising 66% from horizontal projects and 34% from condominiums, resulting in a net profit of 5,989 million baht, leading to a net interest-bearing debt to equity ratio of only 44%.

The company, which has consistently earned customer trust, achieved total sales of new projects in both horizontal and condominium segments amounting to 28,864 million baht, with condominium sales from newly launched and completed projects ready for occupancy at 9,207 million baht, accounting for 32%, while sales from horizontal products reached 19,657 million baht, making up 68%.

Based on the sales performance, revenue, and profit, the company's board of directors has approved a dividend payment for the 2023 fiscal year to shareholders at a rate of 1.45 baht per share, having already paid an interim dividend of 0.70 baht per share. The remaining dividend for the second half of 2023 will be 0.75 baht per share, with the ex-dividend date (XD) set for May 7, 2024, and payment scheduled for May 21, 2024.

In 2024, the company is committed to growing its business steadily with strong financial potential, aiming to break its own record by launching the highest number of projects, totaling 42 projects worth 50,000 million baht across 29 provinces nationwide. In the first quarter, it plans to launch 14 horizontal projects with a total value of 14,990 million baht, along with factors supporting the transfer of ownership of completed condominiums ready for occupancy in the first to third quarters, including 5 projects: Supalai Icon Sathorn, Supalai Premier Samsen-Ratchawat, Supalai Loft Phasi Charoen Station, City Home Sanambinnam-Rattanathibet, and City Home Rayong, valued at over 16 billion baht, which will gradually contribute to revenue from this year onward.
