In terms of price range, the most visited residential properties in October 2023 were in the range of 1-3 million baht, accounting for 32% of all price levels, indicating a strong demand from buyers looking for actual residences (Real Demand). Meanwhile, properties priced over 10 million baht saw the most significant increase in visits compared to the previous year, growing by 18%, reflecting demand from high-income consumers who are financially capable and not affected by the current economic situation.

Condominiums along the BTS line continue to be popular, especially in locations close to the city center and Bangkok's business districts. Consumers still prioritize choosing locations that are easily accessible by BTS, particularly on routes that are already operational, which align with urban lifestyles. The top five BTS stations where housing searches were most frequent in October 2023 are: 1) BTS On Nut, 2) MRT Rama 9, 3) BTS Thonglor, 4) BTS Phrom Phong, and 5) BTS Ekkamai.
