Supalai Public Company Limited has launched the campaign ‘Standard Quality, the Same’ to highlight its achievements over the past 34 years, emphasizing its strength in providing high-standard homes for the happiness of residents nationwide. The company revealed its success in penetrating the real estate market in provincial cities across all regions, reaffirming its goal to become a national leader in real estate development. The campaign also introduced “Bow-Melada Susri” as the first brand ambassador for Supalai, a superstar beloved by all generations of Thais, reflecting the high standards of Supalai homes that cater to the diverse lifestyles of residents.

Dr. Prateep Tangmattatham, Chairman of the Executive Board of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated that the company sees business opportunities, being one of the first real estate companies to invest in developing projects in provincial cities outside of Bangkok. It began in two regional cities: Songkhla and Khon Kaen, and has since expanded its investments to other provinces. For over 34 years, it has developed projects covering more than 28 provinces (including Bangkok), with a total of 161 projects or approximately 36,000 units valued at around 118 billion baht. Each province has received overwhelming positive feedback, with annual sales increasing and the ability to sell out all units. This is due to the fact that “SUPALAI” is a trusted brand with strong financial stability, and each project is designed with an understanding of the diverse lifestyles of residents in each province. The company also focuses on selecting prime locations that align with customer preferences, whether near major roads, rivers, mountains, or large lakes, both in urban and suburban areas, including housing estates and condominiums. Additionally, it aims to develop projects incorporating new innovations to enhance the living standards of residents nationwide.

In the first half of 2023, Supalai's regional projects achieved sales of 7.784 billion baht, a growth of 9% compared to the first half of 2022. This includes sales of condominium products worth 570 million baht, which grew by 72%, and horizontal projects worth 7.214 billion baht, which increased by 6%, representing 45% of total sales from the regional market. The top-selling provinces include Phuket, Chonburi, Songkhla, Rayong, and Chiang Mai, with plans to aggressively develop projects in 5 new provinces within 2023, namely Lamphun, Lampang, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, and Chanthaburi. Furthermore, there are several provinces where land has already been purchased but projects have yet to be developed, which will enable Supalai to cover over 31 provinces within the next two years.

With the trust and confidence of residents, it is the key to the brand's success. Supalai offers over 100 house designs that are continuously developed to meet the lifestyle and living behaviors of customers. In each province, house designs are selected based on the area's characteristics, emphasizing a good living environment. Importantly, the Economy of Scale in every province aims to develop at least 3-10 projects in each province. Additionally, Supalai has been continuously expanding its investments abroad, particularly in Australia, for the past 10 years.

Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, further revealed that bringing in “Bow-Melada Susri” as the first brand ambassador is a significant strategy for the brand, reinforcing the stance of ‘Standard Quality, the Same.’ Bow-Melada is not only well-known and relatable to all generations of Thais but also embodies a friendly persona and a diverse lifestyle, making her the perfect representative for the Supalai brand as a housing developer that understands every difference and reaches the hearts of people across the country.

During the campaign launch event for ‘Standard Quality, the Same,’ in addition to introducing “Bow-Melada Susri” as the brand's first ambassador, the company also showcased Supalai's housing standards in terms of construction quality and excellent service through 5 zones, allowing attendees to experience the Supalai home standards in every function, ensuring that no matter where they live, every home meets the same standards. This reflects the concept of ‘Standard Quality, the Same,’ which is the strength of Supalai homes that address every aspect of life for people in all provinces, along with the introduction of regional leaders to emphasize the importance of maintaining equal housing standards nationwide.

Mr. Traitecha further elaborated on the 5 strengths that Supalai adheres to in strengthening Supalai homes, stating, “Supalai has always believed that the standard of good homes leads to a good quality of life. We are committed to being a housing developer that thinks from real-life experiences, emphasizing 5 standards starting with design standards that optimize living space, ensuring proper airflow and ventilation, reflecting designs based on an understanding of the real lives of Thais. Additionally, good construction standards are another factor we prioritize for residents, with every project certified to international standards ISO 9001:2015, designed in compliance with legal and professional standards, and using materials that meet industrial product standards (TIS), focusing on energy-efficient home designs to help reduce residents' electricity bills. Furthermore, Supalai assures after-sales service standards that do not abandon residents throughout their living experience, with multiple contact channels for reporting issues and repairs through the SABAI application, and consulting via LINE OA “SUPALAI CARE,” allowing residents and the general public to seek advice on repairs, maintenance of homes and condos, and legal matters, akin to having a personal assistant available 24/7, along with the main Contact Center 1720 for reporting repairs, issues, and providing housing advice to residents within the warranty period. Additionally, there is a standard of care from real personnel in the area who can understand and reach out to residents in every region across the country. Finally, and most importantly, is the safety standard, as Supalai provides peace of mind to residents with the installation of CCTV cameras and security personnel available to assist and care for them 24/7.”

With a commitment over the past 34 years to create ‘Standard Quality, the Same’ for every home, Supalai has achieved the number one sales position in the regional market. For the second half of this year, Supalai aims to aggressively penetrate the real estate market in provincial cities across all regions, continuing its goal to become a national real estate development company.
