Noble Development Public Company Limited, or NOBLE, has launched Noble Terra Rama 9 - Ekkamai, the first ultra-luxury single-house project in the 'THE RARE SELECTION BY NOBLE' collection. This project aims to meet the needs of high-income customers seeking a residence that reflects their unique tastes, both in design identity and living experience.

The first project launched this year is Noble Terra Rama 9 - Ekkamai, a three-story single house on land sizes ranging from 50-88 square wah, with only 29 units on an 8-rai plot in the heart of the city.


Ms. Ornuch continued, "Choosing the location is also crucial for creating a good quality of life for city dwellers. The Noble Terra Rama 9 - Ekkamai project is located in the heart of Rama 9, near the new business district of Bangkok (New CBD), with convenient access to various main roads, close to expressway entrances and exits, and three BTS lines. "We have collaborated with ANONYM, an architectural firm experienced in designing private residences, which emphasizes incorporating natural elements into living spaces. The design of Noble Terra Rama 9 - Ekkamai begins with three concepts:
CONNECTING: Creating a relationship between nature, space, and residents through a central tree court (Triple-Volume Connecting Tree Court), which serves as a focal point connecting everyone in the house with trees, breezes, and sunlight, as well as a space where all family members can see each other at all times.
GROUNDING: Creating an environment that brings residents peace and helps them return to balance, as if recharging their life energy every time they come home, through nature and privacy, hidden within the design elements, such as arranging the house layout to have interconnected green spaces throughout.
SELF-SUFFICIENT: Living sustainably by designing to use less energy and rely more on nature, allowing for sunlight from the Sky Roof and large skylights, reducing the need for artificial lighting, as well as enabling airflow from all corners of the house and installing an Air Quality System to enhance indoor air quality.
This internal-to-external design concept and the balance of living reflect a genuine concern for quality of life and create a distinctive identity (RARE DESIGN)," Ms. Ornuch stated. Regarding the design of the living experience, the project comes with complete amenities, including Double-Gate Security and 24-hour security systems, a Private Sanctuary Clubhouse featuring a large saltwater swimming pool, a waterfall wall for a relaxing atmosphere, a Guest Lounge for hosting guests or friends, and a Sensory Garden, a green space within the project.
