Sansiri Public Company Limited, a leader in Thai real estate development, has teamed up with Dow Thailand Group, a global leader in materials science, to launch the ECO-FRIENDLY PLAYGROUND featuring the innovative ECOGROUND™, the first water-based acrylic formula in Thailand, at the Habito Mall project on Sukhumvit Road. This collaboration aims to integrate safe and environmentally friendly construction innovations to meet the design needs of modern lifestyles.

ECOGROUND™ is a new surface coating technology developed by Dow, designed for health safety and environmental friendliness, making it suitable for sports surfaces, particularly rubber-based areas such as running tracks, playgrounds, and bike paths, which are currently gaining popularity. The water-based acrylic technology of ECOGROUND™ uses water as a solvent, reducing volatile organic compound odors and eliminating harmful chemicals, ensuring safety for both construction workers and users. Additionally, ECOGROUND™ combines the sun resistance of acrylic, making it durable in all weather conditions while providing enhanced safety for users due to its shock-absorbing flexibility and appropriate friction.
