Mrs. Sirikorn Patcharakulwan, Assistant Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the authority wishes to invite private entities to submit bids for the lease of land with buildings for market operations within the Khajornwit Affordable Housing Project (Bang Pu). This initiative aims to ensure transparency in all operational steps according to good governance principles. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their bids for the lease of the specified area, as per title deed number 117889, covering approximately 0-2-99 rai (299 square wah). The details are as follows: the minimum lease fee is set at 400,000 baht, with a lease term of 6 years. The monthly rental rates for years 1-3 are not less than 26,000 baht, and for years 4-6, not less than 28,400 baht. Bidders must provide a bid security deposit of 50,000 baht (fifty thousand baht). The bid security deposit of the successful bidder will be transferred as part of the contract signing fee. The deadline for bid submission is July 5, 2023, from 09:30 to 10:30 AM at the Asset Management Division Meeting Room, 5th Floor (East Wing), Building 1, National Housing Authority Headquarters, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok. The bid opening will take place on the same day starting at 10:45 AM at the bid submission location.
